Ubisoft has a number of anticipated games in development for 2023. Assassin’s creed Mirage, The Avatar game, and a remake of the original Splinter cell that was announced last year. And one such game that is going through the remake period is Splinter Cell. Ever since its announcement, fans have been eager to see what Ubisoft is doing with it and what it would look like. Everyone has been waiting for their first look at this game and finally, that wait is over.

Fans are abuzz with the new version after seeing the concept art.
A couple of days ago, Splinter Cell celebrated its 20th anniversary. Y Ubisoft used this occasion to reveal never-before-seen concept art for the game. And fans had a unified positive reaction to the concept art.
A Twitter user named mgeoff88 even said: โI really like what I’m seeing. I look forward to Michael Ironside voicing Sam again.” While others called for Ubisoft to bring back the famous Spies vs Mercenaries multiplayer mode with this Remake. In general, people are excited.

The Splinter Cell remake has been in development for a couple of years now, and it even made headlines a while back when game director David Grievel left Ubisoft. He claimed that he was leaving the company in search of new adventures.

It’s well known that Ubisoft has only primarily worked on open world titles, and this had some fans worried that Splinter Cell might end up suffering due to an open world implementation.
But Ubisoft Montreal, the game developers have was cleared that unlike their other recent games, this remake would be a linear action-adventure title. This is amazing news for all the Splinter Cell fans who were expecting the game to be just another open world game in line with the Assassin’s Creed, Ghost Recon, Far Cry, and Watch Dogs series.

Along with the concept art, Ubisoft has also made it quite clear to their fans that the game is still in a very early stage of development, but they aim for it to be a top notch fan experience. The concept art of the game looks good and is quite faithful to the original game.
For those who don’t know, it is one of the first blockbuster series that Ubisoft worked on. This series of Stealth Action games once catered to the hardcore fans of stealth action. The latest installment in the Splinter Cell Blacklist series received positive reviews thanks to its dynamic gameplay.
