NVIDIA RTX 4090 Ti specs rumored to emerge
A quick update on the RTX 4090 Ti specs shared by Kopite7kimi himself.
It looks like we’re getting closer to NVIDIA making even faster RTX 40 graphics cards available. Just 2 days ago, a new leak confirmed that NVIDIA is working on a TITAN 800W GPU, possibly equipped with 48 GB of memory. Today we found out that the TITAN and RTX 4090 Ti should actually be two different models after all.
According to Kopite, the RTX 4090 Ti would feature a stripped-down AD102 GPU with 18,176 cores (1,792 cores more than the RTX 4090), upscaled memory to 24Gbps modules, and 600W TBP. The last part is not exactly clear if it refers to TDP, TGP or just the maximum power of the board. In any case, it may simply be a higher default board power (450W+), while the maximum configurable power limit is the same as on the RTX 4090 Ti (600W). That’s the limit of a 16 power jack.

The fastest memory chips suggest the card would have a maximum bandwidth of 1152 GB/s, which is 144 GB/s faster than any RTX 4090 on the market right now. It should also be noted that Kopite is confirming the license plate number of PG136 and PG139. These are the reference and Founders Edition NVIDIA board numbers. In other words, the RTX 4090 Ti would have the same board as the RTX 4090.
It’s no secret that NVIDIA has been planning this card for a long time. One of the first things to leak before the RTX 40 launched was this piece of metal from the new cooler design, something that was later used for the non-Ti RTX 4090 model.
Kopite does not confirm when such a card will be released. In fact, there doesn’t seem to be any reason to release a new Ti flagship model at this point. On the other hand, NVIDIA is now expected to have a GTC keynote in March, which would have been a good place to announce a new TITAN.
